visitation of child

I need help with what happens with visitation in the situation where the child lives in a different country. Would a judge make a child leave the country to visit his father if the father filed for this? Even with a father who has hardly had any contact with the child . Please help in this matter, I am a mother fighting for what is best for her child and seem to end up fighting a brick wall.

No--but the judge may try to arrange visits both where you are and where your ex lives--or divide summer time etc.; the court wants the child to see both parents when possible.
