Parental Rights
My fiances son's mother wants him to give up his parental rights. If he does this can she drop the child support order?

She can always agree to an order of limited or even no support, but parental rights and obligations cannot just be given up--the state will hold the parent responsible if funds are needed, welfare is involved etc.
