can he still control me like this?
My husband and I have joint custody. Does he have any right to say who I can or can not be around when I have our child with me? Thanks for responding!

Is your custody order final? Is there anything in there about who can be around? If there's nothing court stated no, he can't tell you who the kids can be around.
If however, you have a new boyfriend every month acting as "dad" and he can prove it, maybe. If there is something VERY wrong in a persons past (recent past typically), maybe.
