Information to Change Venue in Custody Case
My divorce and custody order was made in Alaska where I am from. I now live in CA with my son and his father wants to take me back to court for custody in response to my making him pay his child support. I would like to change the venue for my case to CA where both myself and the child reside. How do I go about this?

How many months have you been living there?
After 6 months you can do so in most cases. |
