Child Support

I live in Arizona and Father is in Jail in Nevada. I just want support for my daughter I know he is collecting a pension from his union and he has not paid anything in child support in the last 5 years. She is not in my custody but my mother is raising her she has guardianship. Is there any way I can get that pension money to go to my mom for my daughter. He told me in front of my mom he would take care of her and all the bills since I wanted to abort her at first since I was only 17yrs of age when I was pregnant and I did not want to have a baby by my stepfather. He is indeed the father because we had to do a blood test and that’s the main reason why he’s in jail because of blood evidence the birth of my daughter. My mom is in need of money as she went from living in a really nice house to some roach infested apartments. It’s not fair nor is it right for them to be subjected to living that way. Is there anything I can do? I have tried and so has my mom but I am just at a dead end with this Please Help me if you can.
