EEK! 13 years later still angry

I divorced my hot headed Italian husband 13 years ago. I raised my 2 children for 8 years. He was always behind on child support and never had health care as ordered on my children. He never paid for half of the medical bills. I personally took him to court over 20 times. I did not have the money for an attorney. He always manipulated the court system and eventually moved back to Conn. to live next to his mom and dad.
To make a long story short...........My daughter and I had growing pains, she moved to CT when she was 14. My son and her are 2yrs and 5 mths apart, he being the youngest. When my daughter was 17 and my son 15 I sent my son to live with his dad and also that my children would have 2 years together in high school.
well, stupid me assumed that me and the hot headed Italian were going to call it even on support since he owed me so much money.
He flew down to Florida and got a court order in 2003 for me to pay 660.00 a month until my youngest reaches 18.I never recived notice of the hearing and since it was sent to my last known address there saying that there is no proof that I didn't receive it. That means in the order I pay for my daughter who is 2 years and 5 mo. older (almost 21).I didn't find out about the order until last year when he took the order down to his local child support office in CT to have it enforced 4 months before my son turned 18.

I owe 33,000!!!!!Never even knew it.Since its in arrearage they won't change the order. Are system does not work. I went to court and I have to pay 660.00 plus intrest. They based it on 24,000, I don't make that. I brought in my tax records. they dont want to hear it. My first payment was only 400.00 does anyone know if that is exceptable or are they going to come and get me?

Take him to court for arrearage. How much does he owe? How'd he get a child support order in Fl if he lives in another state? Get an attorney.
