Default Mr

My son had a daughter out of wedlock.
They have since seperated.
At first the mother was allowing him to see his daughter twice a week for 2
or 3 hours at a time.
Then she said no he can only see her once a week.
Then she changed it again claiming it is unsettling for the child.
Now he can only see her with suppervision ,so she takes the child to a
coffee shop at a shopping centre for his visits.
All this was decided by the mother.
It is very unconfortabe as there is no proper conditions for the baby(change
nappies etc.).
What can we do?

Is your son over 18?

You need to go to court and get an order establishing his paternal rights. That is all there is to it.

He is 25.
Studing psycology.
He pays the mother maintaince, but now she is demanding other income, like her bording she pays her parents, she put baby in a day school without discusing it first with my son.At first it was planned that baby would stay with him because he is at home all day,he studies correspondence.
My wife, his mother,is also home and more than willing to look after baby. He can't really afford all that so we help him.
He didn't pay her bording so she stopped visits and the only visits she allows is 3 hours on a saturday and under supervision.
Isn't she using baby to punish him?

That's kind of a simple way to look at it from a third party point of view. There's always two sides to a "story" that may or may not make sense to the other side.

Get an attorney.

Yes. She is definitely using the child as a pawn in order to control him. And she is certainly not putting the best interests of the child first.
The only solution to this is court ordered parental rights and visitation.

Judge Tbyte has spoken!

A simple answer from a simple mind. No one knows that based on this teeny bit of information. What goes on behind other peoples doors is an unknown.
