need sanity
I have been paying my court ordered child support for 15 years. I recently hit a rough patch and fell $5000 behind. My passport, drivers license, and bank account has been frozen.
I'm told by child support that after my entire arrears balance is paid in full All will be restored. Also that my son's mother knows I'm trying to move to another country to start a new life. As long as my debt is paid and I continue with my current obligations can she or the court prevent me from moving to another country ? Any answers, advice would be much appreciated. Bob |
