Default child and spouse support
i am a filipina living in the philippines married to a US citizen with a 16 year old child who is in college living with me. i want to go separate ways with my husband because i am always being forced to have sex on phone and now go naked on cam which i can't take anymore. who can help me and how can we get legal financial support? i have all the documents needed.

A US lawyer likely could file for divorce in the US where he last resided.

You could seek child support and spousal support in many cases.
