Confused clarifiying unclear court orders regarding visitation

I'm in california, and i recently went to court regarding visitation and custody of my 16 year old daughter. In the minute order from 9/16 it simply states that " all orders shall remain in full force and effect unless specifically designated below:" how can i get clarification as to what orders are referred to. My ex says it refers to our mediators recommendations, or on our original court orders from 2003. We had orders in effect from aug. 18 on exparte hearing that altered the 2003 orders but ex claims that they "expired" when we went to court on 9/16. he filed the findings and Orders after hearing to reflect the original court orders and not the ex-parte orders that are more recent. Do ex-parte orders expire? or do they stay the same until final orders are made when we go back to court in Dec. for a review? Obviously, those items that were designated below will change....but the rest?

Default Re: clarifiying unclear court orders regarding visitation

Mediator recommendations are not orders unless adopted by the court. Orders are directives from the judge.
