Default Where is the justice?

I am a mother of 2 but the father has custody of them. We have been sharing custody till about a year ago. In the beginning of March my kids were visiting me for the weekend. I had a friend here also with her 4 children. Well that Saturday I was cleaning and keeping after the kids and the mom was sleeping well I got mad because I was busting my but for her kids and she was sleeping. So I left her know what was going on I got angry I yelled a little bit and stormed in my room. Well my kids told my ex about my little outburst and he called me about a week later and said he was going to take me to court and request supervised visits. Now this all happened and I am visiting my kids every two weeks and we have to sit in my car on his property. What is that. To explain I suffer from clinical depression. In the original court papers it said if I would have a breakdown I had to return the kids to the father. Ok I got angry I did not have a breakdown for that I am visiting my kids in a car for about an hour at a time. Everyone gets angry. I see two doctors to keep my condition under control and take medicine. That outburst lasted about 5 minutes and I put my children in no harm whatsoever. If they are going to take my kids away for that then they have a lot of doors to knock on because I have heard parents scream at the top of their lungs. Now I can't afford a lawyer right now at all. The court left my ex husband supervising my visits. The man downright hates me. How brilliant is that. I have talked to people and they tell me I can't do anything without a lawyer. Now this jerkoff is getting away with keeping the kids away from me and acting like a jerk. I have no part at all in my kids life. This is just not fair. There is something I can do. Can someone please give me some advice on taking this man down for what he is doing? I thank you for any advice.

By your comment "this jerk off" you put yourself in a bad position. I cant imagine a judge ordering this becasue you had a 5 minute tantrum. What else are you not telling everyone? Bigger issues must be there

I have nothing to hide like I said I only got angry for 5 minutes there were a bunch of people in my house. This is not because a judge ordered this it is because I can't afford a lawyer so the father is just doing it himself. He's been the judge

Ahh. Are there court orders that you have time with your children?

Have them enforced. Call the local law enforcement attempt to have them enforced. If not, there are entities that help mothers obtain legal counsel.

And most importantly...FIX whatever caused your outburst (not being around the person that irritated you as a start).

You could also apologize, meaningfully and calmly, and ask for a little more freedom in bits and pieces (if the options above are not options).

I'm guessing there may be lots of little things that have irritated/worried your ex prior to this and it might have just been the last straw.

I'm confused...you said the father is the judge but in your first post said "The court left my ex husband supervising my visits."

So who ordered the supervised visits? And who ordered the "in the car visits". If you truely have court ordered supervised visits there are places where these can be held at (as I don't think supervised means in the car). The organization in my area is called Hope House.

There are monitors there that report to the courts your interactions with the children.
