Can a father ever get full custody and deny the mother access if the mother drinks a bottle of wine every night?
Kids are ten and 7. |

That is one factor that may be considered by the court.
Good luck proving it, though. You will probably need more to go on than that. |

If you can prove a real danger or witnesses that may eg testify that she was driving drunk and the like, it could have a significant impact.
It is likely other problems related will have to be cited if you want full custody. The court may order her into treatment. |
