conflicting affidavits

this person under someone elses name filed a law suit and gave an affidavit that my two oldest grandchildren dont even remember me in Nov. 2005. Then in an affidavit sworn out in Dec 2005 made a statement that i was sexually exploitive with my grandchildren to get a court order so we cant see our grandchildren. Can i file a law suit of some kind to recind this order using her first law suit that she filed a subsequent affidavit that it was her law suit using her correspondence from that law suit for a new law suit. This person is harassing me thru the courts for three years now. The person's affidavits all conflict each other and the same master at court of queens bench keeps signing her orders for her. even when pointed out to this master it is just ignored. What is the recourse here. lavisa

Of course you can file a lawsuit.
But since you are about to enter the realm of battling accusations with these people, you really need an attorney to help you out.
