Confused Mrs

Met in 1998,married in 2002 August and divorced by my husband in September 2004, reason for divorce i fired my domestic worker...stayed with him for many reasons, Re: love, Biblical commandments, four year old son, (my daughter from a previous relationship), lobola was paid but not in full, he got Temporary Interim custody of our son last
year Nov, we lived in the same home under strenuous conditions which he psychologically and emotionally forced upon me, he passed away on 9 July 2008 in a tragic car accident and i am being threatened by the
Director of Infinity Trust - a Mr Jeremy Woods, who are handling my deceased husband's estate.

They never read the will in front of myself and my four year old son, Jeremy asked me if i knew whether my husband had a will or not, i became suspicious because he should of been the one to tell me whether my husband had a will or not. I answered not that i know of, and the 1st ex-wife immediately said that my late husband had a will, then Jeremy pitched in that it was not finalised, I asked if that was the case, why was the will not read with all family member's present?

I did not get an answer from him, Catherine or Laura who were present at a restaurant called Zest. I suspected that something was not right, that maybe the will did not have my late-husband's signature on it.

On Monday the 1 September 2008 he called me on the phone and he threatened me, prior to speaking to my social worker regarding adopting my son, of which i was not aware, this upset me teribly, also he threatenend that i will not get maintenance for me or my son, and the court order said that my son must not be removed from Gauteng, Jeremy said that i am in violation of the court order which was passed in favour of my late husband, which was based on lies.

My son and daughter (from a previous relationship), is with my family in Durban so that i had to return to Gauteng to sell all of my belongings to raise money for the trip back and settle down in Kwa-Zulu Natal with my family. My son and i were put out of our common home by his older brother Michael from his first marriage, i only agreed to move because he verbally agreed to continue to pay the rent of a cottage which was leased by my late husband, for my families use when they visit, as well as for us when he chased me from our common home and said that i must go sleep at the cottage, or when we were fighting.

I put a proposed maintenance order forward by email to Infinity Trust and needed to be more specific with the details, this was only for my son. I still need to put a claim through based on the fact that he sabotaged my school shuttle business which ran for three months and that he verbally threatenend me many times that i do not derserve to earn and he will make sure that i do not earn. This has caused me to be in debt with my accounts, credit cards etc... Can you legally advise me as to how i should reply to Infinity trust re: proposed maintenance for my son and i. My late husband's 1st ex-wife is a trustee, his son and daughter now want visitation rights to my son. I advised them by email that because of the threats i received from Jeremy Woods the Director of Infinity Trust on Monday morning and then the Threats that i received from Michael my late husbands older son, that visitation rights will not be possible right now, i am however prepared for Laura or my son's grandmother who resides in Ireland to have visitation rights, that will be discussed in due course.

They are not to contact me or my family telephonically or written until further notice from myself, and i am relocating and still need to inform them of this relocation, as the common home we lived in was also rented by my husband for R7000.00 a month. The cottage for R2500.00

Please legally advise me to the best possible solution as i was more of a housewife and had to do temporary assignments from time to time with regards to, food, bills, insurance, debit orders and accounts that needed to be taken care of. I also cancelled some of my debit order's because of my difficult situation with my late-husband.

Kind regards

Iris
