Confused Is it possible to file a child support from my husband who is working in Dubai?

i'm a mother of 2 (5y/o & 3y/o) and currently unemployed. i just want to know if it's possible to file a child support from my husband who is currently working in Dubai. If ever, what would be d procedures and what necessary documents do I need to present for my request? My husband is sending us financial support but i want to legallize it so that my kids would receive what is rightfully due to them. He'll b transferring to a new employer by next month. Just in case, my husband don't want to give me any information about his new employer, how would I be able to track him? As a legal wife, what rights do i have? How can I exercise it? How about my kids, what other rights do they have aside from child support? What agencies in dubai do I need to get i touch regarding this concern? are there agencies that offer free services with regards to child support? can he claim child custody?

Can I also file a case against my husband if in case i see a picture of him with his hand on his officemate's (girl) shoulder? I also saw a birthday reminder in my husband's cellphone with a specific gift intended for the girl. I don't have any idea what their relationship is because I am in the Philippines and they are both in Dubai. I sent both of them e-mail messages, but the girl refused to reply. Do they have a case against me? Hope u can reply immediately to my concern.

thank u very much!!!

well if your not divorced file, If you are he should be paying child support. And you need to get a job and support yourself. dont count on him to support you. its not right and its not fair. So what if he had his hand on someones shoulder. what does that mean????

you are right the mother or father that has the kids with them fulltime should always be able to support themselves and their kids and not depend on child support for daily living. She may just be a friend have you talked to him about her?

They should be able to support themselves, plus half the support for the children. They should not be relied upon to fully support their children, and I hope that is not what you are implying.
