Childs father wants to go back and change clause for his mother please help!!
I have sole custody of my child and my son's father is wanting to go back to court over our previous agreement. What I was wondering was we have a clause in our current papers stating that "the paternal grandmother of minor child is to have no contact whatsoever doe the emotional, psychological, and social well being of minor child." His father is wanting to go back to court and reassess this clause. I do not believe it is in the best interest of my child. Since I have sole custody can I make it stick? And do you have and suggestions on the issue at hand.

You do not need to "make anything stick". The rights and responsibilities of both parties are determined by the court orders. Only a court can change those orders.
He will need to show that there has been a change in circumstances justifying reconsideration of the orders in order to change the clause regarding his mother. You, of course, can argue that the circumstances justifying that clause have not changed. |
