question on judges ruling

i went thru a tough divorce and had custody of my son who is 4, with the assistance of my own mother who was upset that i was going to be going out of the area since i met a new love in my life she and my ex teamed up and went to court my mom said some things that were untrue and with a trext message that i sent my mom that i was at the end of my rope and for them to leave me alone since my ex husband was calling me 18 times a day that i would kill myself, the family court judge gave temp custody to my ex husband now i am going thru termoil to get my son back! the lastest ruling in court was that i couldnt have my son stay over my boyfriends house on my overnight visits! which is my permanent place of residence, the judge state once i get married he would revisit that decision! but since i am not married i would need to stay overnight at my mothers house who lives in the same area as my ex husband! ( she originally was part of the misinformation giving to the judge to have him rule to give my ex tem custody! is that a legal thing for the judge torule? I cant have my son overnight at my own house? I feel that since my mother retired from the county and help get the judge elected for his position that i am being treated unfairly. they made me go to doctors who gave clearance that i am not a threat to myself of my son, they used that text message as a tool to get my son to my ex! I didnt mean i was going to kkill myself i said it so they would leave me alone, with the help of my mom his mom and my ex they went to court gave the judge a stopry and since my mom testified he gave the temp custody to my ex. any help???
