I have posted two threads concerning the horrible treatment of our family by Barbara Hatfield and the OKDHS agency. Is there anyone out there that can give me some strong legal adviced on any kind of lawsuit we can file against these unethical people? We are ready to spend more than we lost suing these sorry individuals. I am in awe of the state of Oklahomas failing system. We were guilty until proving ourselves innocent. And now that we have, they are still refusing to refund the tax return that they seized from false accusations by April Hughes-Cooley. Also, what can be done about the fact that she has lied to the DHS? They seem to thrive on hurting innocent families. Any solid advice will be deeply appreciated.

You are years behind.......lawsuit going on as we speak......today is August 7,2008.......read the reports on newok.com.....
