My ex-husband & I are still using the child custody papers from when our daughter was 7 years old. She is now 16 years old and has moved to live with her father in WA.
He & his wife are of a different faith than our daughter and she does not like going to the father's church. Can they force her to go if she doesn't want to go? Should we change the custody papers to reflect her age now? Thank you, I am looking forward to your response soon! |

Why has she moved to live with her father?
Can they force her to go to church? I suppose so. Is it an effective way to convince someone to change their beliefs? I doubt it. I don't see much purpose in changing the custody papers for a child who will be emancipate in a year or two anyway. |
