Default UTAH laws

I was granted sole physical and legal custody and control of my 3 yr old son,
I am looking into moving to CO, do I need to go back to court for this?
My Ex doesn't see my son at all

I don't think so but it would be a good idea to check anyway

Let the court and your ex know and check your order closely. If you are leaving the state the court often needs to be informed.
