very serious question need answer asap
is there a time frame to when a judge has to sign a court order to make it vaild i mean can it be sitting around for months with no signature then when it is signed not putting a date on it

I'd say it if goes past 60 days you should check with the Clerk Of Courts, and possibly file a memorandum with the Judge.
