Smile Child Support for two girls/ Different Moms

The father of my girl is currently paying Child Support for his girl in PR; Now I want to get
Child Support for my daughter even when I live with him because we are not legally joined. Is that legal? and if so, would that make any difference in the amount both kids are receiving?

The court is often not going to give that order if you two are living together.

Presumably he is paying already.
