Question Losing child custody

Can you lose custody of a child if you refuse to take a hair follicle drug test
or the test comes back positive?

Default Re: Losing child custody

You can lose custody of a child if a judge or magistrate order that your custody be revoked, that order is held up on objection, and affirmed by any appeals court the case is brought before.
What constitutes sufficient cause for revoking parental rights is up to the judge.
