"It is not how good I play the game .But how good you play it. Thats why you are paying support. And not playing to good of a game.Or you wouldnt be playin a silly game of ping pong parenting. What that means is you lak the skills to have full time custody! And typing on this forum and typing your way to moderator.Wont improve your ability to be a full time custodial parent.Your ping pong parenting agreement is one of convience not of benifit to any child. Now WTF??? Do you know about chess. You must of ate to much rhurbarb." Wow. You really aren't much for paying attention, are you? Probably best that you don't try playing chess... I play 10 hours or more per week, including the time I spend running a local chess club for kids. And I consciously used similar strategies in fighting my custody case as I do on the chess board. And that is why I won, and why I am NOT paying child support. I can only imagine what kind of walking disaster your spouse is that you managed to get custody, but I'd bet you didn't argue your own case. And our own current visitation plan is eight days with me and six days with their mom, and they handle it very well, thank you. Last edited by tbyte; Dec 30th, 2008 at 08:47 PM. |

Tha't is what lawyers are for. Chessmaster. That's why i won and you didn't! You arent getting child support.Or have full custody!I don't think any walking disaster could compete with a juris doctor. You are at best a ping pong champion!Your chess game with your ex ended in a stalemate. There is alot of I Statements in your response.Using our as far as your visitation plan is supriseing. MR.i did it all by myself.I really cant imagine how simple your ex must be to let you get out of support.Well at least she didnt give you full custody. Or you didn't win full custody! Ill bet you wouldn't want it if they gave it to you? Any way you look at your case. No stability! Or if you will a chess game. it equates to a stalemate! WTF??? ping pong, chess,Or pro sa litigan't? Well as far as your children doinng just fine thank you very much .You got an opnion. Like everyone has got an A _ _H_ _ _. The ping pong game is to easy to win!Try something a little more challenging.Like full custody. You might enjoy it! In that game if you will. you get the money! And the children.Key word children! 50/50 custody or ping pong parenting. Isn't good enough for me! I wan't it all. And got it all. Also she carrys life insurance policy. just incase she dies so it can pay balance of child support arrears. And out of state visitation guidelines. With her paying for transportation! And full custody And she carries insurance on children. And i got property! And cars. Your right i didn't argue the case thats what lawyers are for!

I will try to put this in short, single syllable words, so you will understand...
I. Did. Win. Let's give you a moment to let that sink in.... . . . Did you get that? Hope so. I can't dumb it down for you any more than that. The "game" is to do what is best for the children. Contrary to what you seem to think, getting the maximum amount of child support is NOT the goal. I surely feel sorry for you kids if this is your attitude. I was never interested in full custody, or having their mom be a part-time parent. I got exactly what I wanted, and I got what is best for my children. So we all won. Your children apparently lost a mother and received a simpleton as a father. Too bad for them. |

You won only part.Like most its the best you could do. To win as in your simplistic game of chess you take away pieces and checkmate. Then you win .Like I said. Thats right stupified moderator title by typing . Key word is children. I say I say any of that sinking in! That little noggin! Pay more attention to what im saying! Like you used your stupified example of chess only parts of the game to your advantage! You didnt get it all The good stuff is to win it all kids included.

If it makes you feel better, spinmaster, I did win child support. The Appeals Court determined that she should pay me $150 per month, with $40,000 in arrears for past due support.
Happy now? Did I "win" according to your rules? |
