Child Support payments

My 17 year old has her own bank account. Can I direct-deposit her percentage of the child support payments?.. Right now the entire amount I'm required to pay for my 3 children is direct-deposited to her mother's account.

I have found out that the mother is using the child support payment to pay a mortgage on a property they do not live in.

No, you cannot. The court order states that the money is to be paid to the mother, to compensate her for money she spends on the child.
Also, you cannot say one way or another that the mother is spending the child support on the mortgage property, or any other expense. The child support funds are intermingled with any other income the mother has, so it is meaningless to try to trace any income source with any particular expense. The only way you could claim she is spending the support money improperly is if your daughter is not being cared for. And that is a pretty tough case to prove in court.
