Angry how do i get my money back??????????
the okdhs seized my income tax return because my horrid ex wife claimed non support. I have been to a hearing and provided the courts with proof of payment from checks she cashed and thumbprinted. This has been going on for almost a year now and i cannot seem to get them to release my funds or even rule on my case. I now live out of state and cannot afford to continue to travel there for nothing to be done. What are my options

Were you paying the checks directly to her, or through OKDHS?
