What Can I Do to Get My Daughter?
stion involves a child custody case from the State of: india
My have been married 2.5 years and we have a baby (15-mos). My life is miserable in marriage because her parents are/have been very meddling and it has caused tremendous stress (classic I hate my mother in law). I am lost and would like to go on our separate ways but I do not want to lose my relationship with my daughter. my wife left my home and she moved in with her parents and takes my child with her. What can I do to get my daughter? What do I do to make sure that this goes my way. Any help would be appreciated? I am very confused right now! |

You can't do anything to make sure it goes your way. You can only file for divorce and present the best case possible.

Well I want my daughter back but I am having difficulty trying because my aunt has her and think I have custody but I am paying child support so I was just wondering if that meant I don't have custody of her and if I don't what do I do.
