Default Custody
We are a British family living in Texas for nearly 3 years. I am very unhappy here and want to move back to the UK. My husband has said he is staying in USA for ever and that if I move back to UK he will take out an injunction to stop me taking the boys (ages 2 and 5) out of America. Can he legally do this? Grateful of any help.
