My son is married and his wife is pregnant. He is full time military and wants to get a divorce, he wants to get custody of his unborn child. Is that possible before the child is born? They also just transferred to the state of Texas. Not sure if that has any bearing on this or not.

Is his wife a convicted child molester, axe murderer, and a member of al queda? Then yes, he can get full custody of an unborn child.
Otherwise, ain't gonna happen. He should fight for equal parenting status, and he should postpone the divorce until AFTER the child is born. |
