Exclamation HELP NEEDED REGARDING TODAYS HOLIDAY

I get certain holidays in odd years and she gets even years.

Easter 6pm the friday preceding Easter, until 6pm Sunday

July 4th lands in odd for me 6pm the evening preceding July 4 until 10pm on July 4th

Thanksgiving 6pm, the Wednesday preceding Thanksgiving, until 6pm Sunday.

In even numbered years the Defendant shall have visitation on the following schedule of holidays:

Memorial Day 6pm the friday preceding Memorial Day until 8pm Monday

Labor Day 6pm the friday preceding Labor Day until 8pm Monday.

"With respect to Christmas, in each year the Defendant shall have visitation from 6pm on the day the school district where the children are located begins christmas vacation until 10pm on Christmas Eve.

The Holiday visitation schedule set above is to be observed whether or not it coincides with the regular every other week visitation schedule and is in addition hereto. However, it is intended that with the exception of the Christmas holiday, the holidays alternate between the Plaintiff and the Defendant. Therefore, on those occasions when the Defendent's visitation is ordinarily scheduled on a holiday set aside to the Plaintiff, the Defendant's visitation shall not take place."

This weekend july 4th, 2008 is my regular scheduled weekend.
Wouldn't I get my son at 10pm when her holiday visitation is over???

She says no my weekend is forfeited.
I need help!! My son turns sixteen Monday and it'll be two weeks before we can see him again.

No, your weekend is not forfeited. Only the stipulated time on July 4th.
She can be charged with contempt if she violates the court order.
