Father needing help in custody of child from bipolar mother

I have a 2 year old daughter that i have designated court custody of but see my daughter more often then that cause my ex allows it. My ex and i have been broken up for more then a year. One of the reasons our realationship didnt last is because she is bipolar. She has a tendancy to lash out a lot. Recently she has been lashing out a lot and leaning more violent, i am begining to fear for my daughter, since she has now threatened to take her far away. She has also threatened physical violence on a female friend of mine. I am very worried about the safety of my child, myself and my loved ones since she is bipolar and has many mood swings. What can i do to get full custody of my child?

You already have custody. Getting "full custody" is not the issue, as that in itself does not preclude the non-custodial parent from having visitation.
You need to petition the court to have the mother's visitation rights revoked, or restricted to supervised visitation sessions.
