Confused No Paramour and right of first refusal

I have googled these things, but haven't found much to help me. Can anyone tell me what the No Paramour laws are in Kentucky? I would also like to know the right of first refusal laws in Kentucky as well.

I am asking because the father of my son and I do not have a custody agreement. There is a child support order, however he has not paid anything to date. Son is 18 months old. Father has only seen him around 20 hours total in these 18 months.

Sons father resides with a partner. They are not married and partner has a daughter who is 11. They live in a two bedroom home . I have my reasons, but I do not want partner and partners daughter spending time and or spending nights with our son... Daughter has anger control issues and has been kicked out of school several times due to threatening to classmates and teachers. Partner has a criminal record of violence and is currently on several narcotic medications that she shares with our son's father.

Father wants me to just drop our son off but I am hesitant. I know if he takes me to court for custody ( joint or visitation ) he will get them because he is the legal father. ( signed the birth certificate ). I just want to take measures to ensure the safety of the baby. Considering Father and partner are not married and I DO NOT want son sharing a room with partners daughter.

Thanks
Heather
