Child support and disability
In the state of Alabama, is it legal for a handicapped child to draw disability AND the mother to receive child support on said child at the same time?

You should report what is received from the state to child support; normally they will not have both occurring at the same time and the support payer is liable for the payments.
But exceptions exist so if you wish let the child support office know. |

Look up post majority support, you can go on child support services in alabama. They spell things out nicely. :O)
