Violate custody agreement
I am in jeopardy of violating my custody agreement because my sons father refuses to communicate with me on issues that effect the safety and well being of our son. What happens to me if I do that? Worse case scenerio?

Is he a good father, does he do drugs etc? does he provide? does he love the child? if so dont you think hes got a place to sleep for the child. If you are that worried take the case b4 the court. good luck!
