I have two children (3years and 8 months) with my ex-boyfriend. We were
never married and we don\'t have any court orders for visitation and we have a court date set for June 24 for Support. I recently have had an opportunity open to move from Ohio to South Carolina, which would give me a better chance to provide my daughters with a better life. Their father only wants to see them every other weekend right now and it has been that way for about 2 months now (even though the oldest HATES going over there). And I am willing to continue to let him see them until he decides otherwise. I am just wondering if the move is legal; what I have to do to make it legal; and if I could lose my children if I were to take the move? ANY and ALL information concerning this topic would be great. Please Contact me ASAP. Thank You. |
