Default mrs

i am married but live separated from my husband for 6 mounth( in england). he live with another women. i have a daughter. she is 6.my husband didnt show in her birth certificate as her father.he want to take my child in his house and stay with him for some days and nights.i let him to do it but he wanted that she stayed with him more time than with me.i didnt allow him to do it but he didnt lisen to me.he treatened me that he take her away from me.(he bad affact on my daugter.when we lived together he hit me in front of the child. i ve been in police asked about help but never riported about him) .what the rison does have to have a court that to take away child from me and give to him?

Once you file for divorce the court will grant temporary custody to one party until the final hearing. Until then, both parents have equal rights to time with the children.
