EENDING CHILD SUPPORT INDIANA
My son turns 18 this month. What do I do to stop the support payments. He is out of school at this time.He has a child of his own about 2yrs .old.I have not had contact with him for about 10 years,his or I guess the ex-choice's only contact has been for more money
as much as possible. What paper work etc do i need to get filed? How do I find out what school he atttended.His mom has made this whole thin as big of a problem s possible and then some!!!! |

Call your child support office.
They will normally give you an affidavit that you may file with them and/or the court. Or they will direct you. |
