planning on moving county, husband wont agree

I have joint custody of my two kids, in our stipulation it says i need agreement from my childerns father in order to move counties. I recently have had some money trouble and can no longer provide what i need to for my childern in the city and surronding... i ahve been given a gerat opperuntiy from a friend for a good home, and i have been offered a job about 5 hours away from my ex. He currently is 2.5 hours away now. He agreed to let me go two weeks ago. I put my 30 day notice at my house i rent, and have packed and began moving. we go before a judge to amend the papers on wednesday but he just called and said i can not go. he wont allow it. anyone know if i can still leave in 2 weeks anyway, what do i need to do, is there anything temperaialy i can do so i can still move in 2 weeks?
