Cool uresa petition for support

i have a court order from fla. that changed my amount of current support that i have to pay my childs mom lives in oh. is this now the new amount to be paid or can ohio keep charging me at the old rate?

Had you agreed to the jurisdiction of the new court?

Did the former court allow a change to the new court?

If so then it will be binding. If your ex just filed without informing the court of the old court, then it may not be binding.
