Default Divorce Referee

My ex enrolled our children without my consent, approval, or notification. Our parenting plan clearly states \"joint\" decision making for education. The divorce referee ruled that I am now resposible for 1/2 of the tuition and expenses. She also made the order Retro back 6 months. My signature does not appear on the school enrollment forms. The referee turned her head at important fact. We also agreed in our mediation process that private school was not an option

You can appeal or go back to the higher-level judge unless you are precluded from that by your agreement.

How can they fail at getting a court date? That is simply a matter of filing the appeal.
