Default Custody

My exwife has full custody of my children my oldest daughter wants to live with in a different state the mother has agreed to the term for a better education. Since im the father of my daughter would i need to get a documents notarized?? If so which documents?

Ok I hope I understand you correct... Your ex has custody of your oldest daughter and plans on moving to a different state with your daughter because of her daughters wishes? If so then I do believe the mother will first have to go to court and seek permission for the move.
