I am a single mom of two young children, 4 and 2. Their father and I were never married. We have parenting plan which stays in affect until the kids are 18, or he can follow the obligations of him for one solid year, then he can take me too a counseler and get it advised. Which he is having a difficult time doing so. He was charged with Reckless endangerment on our son when he was only 4 months old, I have a life long protection order against him and he is supposed to be giving monthly UA's due too his mental and emotional status. He is quite an angry person! All this was done for us with a pro-bono lawyer on my side. He had some high paying lawyer which he never paid his bill so, his lawyer dropped him. He makes at least 16,000 every two months. Yet is 6 months late on his Child support. He owns his own buisness so their are no wages to be garnished. He doesn't "own" any of those really "cool" vehicles that he drives, or the harley, nor his 560,000 dollar home on 10 acres. I just had to sell my car to pay my rent. By the way, I met their dad when I was 18. He was 42! Please don't ask!
Since all this legal stuff has been going on, (its been about two in a half years.) he has moved in a handful of new young girlfriends, to play house with our kids. The newest one seems ok- she has two children that live there with them that he supports. They are 10 and 7. The court papers say he gets supiorvised visits the second friday of each month to sunday evening. His newest girlfriend is the " supervisor" For some reason i am getting walked all over from the courts. No one can help me. I have department of child support involved and my officer keeps saying we're just waiting! I need help please!!!! Last edited by serenity0722 : May 6th, 2008 at 05:39 PM. |

Huh? I'm sure the orders stipulate who can be the "supervisor" for the visits. If not, check with the courthouse to find out how this is normally handled.
