Are emails back and forth between family members regarding the mental health of one parent vs. another admissible as evidence during a custody trial? Specifically, if one family member had emailed the spouse of another family member and said, "this person may harm herself or the children", or "this person is mentally unstable" could that be used against the person in question?

Google "[your state] email evidence admissible" and you should find information such as this: The Rise of the Use of Electronic Evidence in Divorce Cases | Ohio Family Law Blog
