Unfailthfulness and custody
My husband is filing a divorce,he got a lawyer and he says he'll take the kids away from me cos i've been talking to men online and made few phone calls some months ago,he has phone records and is bluffin me that he knows i cheated for real which is not true,would chatting online and making some phone calls 4 months ago cause the court to favor him in divorce about our kids custody? Note : This is according to the Taxas State Laws.

Even if you had a full affair the courts are not going to strip you of custody.
He is simply not correct on that. Your relationship with him is not the issue--you are still the kids' mother. |

I think most States have no-fault divorces now, if only because the courts are tired of dealing with two parties throwing crap at each other. Check what your State laws are regarding divorce.
