One of them is mine and not even his. His girlfriend is mind washing my kids into hating me my own daughter wont talk to me now. What can i do? She's mine and i cant even get him to send her to me. You are getting them ready for the school year now?
This is April. The school year is ending...
Who has legal custody of the children?

Don't feed me that crap. If he is your ex, and you have children, and you are legally divorced, then there is a court order.
Is he your ex, or are you just separated? These details are important, and you need to use the terms correctly.

Based on what I know of the law, if the one child is not his and he has not legally adopted her then his keeping her form you is a crime. Call the police.
As for the other child, if there is no court order and the child is his biological child then he can keep the child indefinitely until a court order is made. So your best bet is to file for custody in court. However, if the laws are the same in the states as they are in Canada then you will have to file for custody in the state that the child is living in now.
