I would like to know what the law states in regard to a man who is not
married to the mother of his child, tryiing to gain soul custordy, his case is that she has fallen inlove with a woman, and found out about this during his relationship with her.She is the main bread winner and pays most of his debt. She is of sobber habit while he often comes home drunk. She spends more time with the child and as most kids he is very atacht to his mother she has a stabile job while he is a brake down driver and earns according to the amount of cars he picks up,she has a sister who lives with her who is more apart of the childs life than the father was and who helps her raise him. |

Normally, the odds of a father getting sole custody are very slim unless the mother is a total loser. But every time you enter the courtroom is another roll of the dice, and I'd be hard pressed to say what the odds are in this situation. Your best bet would be to look through previous rulings of the local court and the court of appeals to get an idea of which way they sway. Appeals court rulings, at least, are usually available online.
