Single mom
I just have a couple of question am a single mom. My son is 3 years old his father is in prison and has been since i was 6 months pregnant we are NOT married but his father wants to have visitation rights and i dont want my son to be going does kinds of facility's. Does he rights to do that? Also his gramma wants to have same rights to visit the child and i dont allow it because of the bad influence he gets from them. Do they have rights over my child?

Grandparents rights vary from State to State. Regardless, they would not have visitation beyond the current court orders. They would have to file in court for visitation.
I highly doubt that visitation orders would have to be honored by taking the child for prison visits, but check with an attorney to be sure. |
