We are going back to court for modification. I have evidence of the dads income being more then double of what he told them. They now have the info. however the standerds are arreages back to date of file. I would like to request bake to date of employment as he's been advised that he is to notify sccss if there is any change in income. Any ideas on how to present my argument to have arreages

You may not even have to go back to court. You may just need to present the information to you Child Support Enforcement Agency, which is empowered to make adjustments.
If so, that would save you a lot of hassle. |

They are going to court but the standard policy is to back date to the date of file.
