Confused What can happen

I have been trying to correct an ongoing arrearage issue with my ex, who has committed fraud and perjury several times over the course of this case. The last hearing the judge granted me an order to enforce her to answer interrogatories stating that it appears that she may have committed fraud. She finally answered about 15 days after the time limit. I had already scheduled a hearing for comtempt/enforcement because of her not answering in the alloted period of time. She answered none of the questions that were ordered and on one question she indicated the her current property, is primarily owned by her current husband. I researched her answers and was able to find on the clerks site, that the actual paperwork for the house which her current husband signed, indicates that he actually holds no share or interest in the property. Did she commit perjury again and what can possibly happen because of her not answering the questions she was ordered to answer and the fact that she swore to the truthfulness of her answers?

Sounds to me like she committed perjury.
Look up the penalties for perjury in your State.
Honestly, as a mother in family court she will probably not get more than a slap on the wrist, but you can use it to call into question all of her other statements and cast her testimony as generally unreliable.

Angry Re: What can happen

I don't understand what is going on with this case. I appeared at the hearing. My ex was there. The judge, who was the same one that granted the order enforcement of answering the interrogatories, stating that it appeared that fraud may have been committed, refused to consider evidence that firstly, my ex only answered questions she felt like answering, didn't answer additional questions that I submitted with the court, which would have proved she committed fraud, and committed perjury on one of the questions, to which I had official court documentation to prove, would not consider any of my case, stating he did not have to explain the law to me. I am beginning to believe this court is corrupt! None of the cases that I have brought before this court, with verifiable evidence have been considered. What are my options. It's becoming unbelievable!

In the interrogatories that she decided to answer, she indicated that her current husband was the primary owner of the current property they live at. Yet, I was able to pull up the signed contract when the house was purchased, which specifically indicates where her husband signed, that he was giving up all interest and shares in the property by signing. The judge, during the last hearing, granted an order for her to answer interrogatories that I submitted, in additon to two additional questions about financial gains that were made by the sale of multiple properties. The judge during that hearing stated that it appeared that she committed fraud by not supplying info on her financial gains for support modifications. Now the judge did a complete turnaround, not even looking at any of the evidence.

File an appeal, asserting that you were prevented from presenting evidence in support of your case.
