Question Wages Garnished

My ex is supposed to pay child support every two weeks according to our divorce decree. Sometimes he pays and sometimes not. He is also supposed to pay half of the medical expenses. He owes quite a lot and has made no attempt to pay. I also would like to find out if the child support can be increased and how do I go about it. I can't afford to pay a lawyer is there some attorneys that help or is there public assistance? I live in Florida, Broward County.

Default Re: Wages Garnished

Call your Child Support Enforcement Agency. They should be enforcing the order.
